Dear OGBC Members,
We hope that this email will serve as a reminder for our members from last year and act as a step-by-step process for new members on how to make your booster payments for the 2016-2017 season.
Booster Dues
Levels 1 & 2 dues are $250.
• $100: September 15th
• $75: October 15th
• $75: November 15th
Levels 3-10 & Xcel dues are $650.
• $250: September 15th
• $200: October 15th
• $200: November 15th
How To Make A Payment by Check
• Put the name of your gymnast and level on the memo line of your check.
• Turn check into BROWN OGBC LOCKED BOX located in the pro shop near the windows (southwest corner).
• Make checks out to OGBC.
• To avoid late fees please make sure your payment is turned by the 15th of that month.
How To Make A Payment with Cash
• Put the cash in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your gymnast’s name, level, phone number and the amount placed in the sealed envelope.
• Place the envelope in the BROWN OGBC LOCKED BOX located in the pro shop near the windows (southwest corner).
• To avoid late fees please make sure your payment is turned by the 15th of that month.
Statements
Statements will be sent electronically by the first of every month. If you have any questions regarding payments please do not hesitate to contact our treasurers:

Please remember that the meet season is quickly approaching and it is important to be a member in good standing prior to the first meet. If you are behind on payments please reach out to the OGBC board or get your payment in as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation with this process as the booster dues help OGBC pay for meet entries and other costs associated with the season.
