Attached please find the AWC volunteer t-shirt order form. Each family receives only one free t-shirt that can be worn for both the AWC Meet and the Level 3 State Meet in April.
Please return the completed form to the folder marked Vince Gigliotti in the pro-shop.
Order forms are DUE NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2017.
