Gymnasts will be able to choose from three movie options. Small beverage, popcorn, fruit snack and admission covered by OGBC. The three theatres will be in close proximity and we are permitted to enter ½ hour before the theatre opens to the public. OGBC WILL HAVE ONE VOLUNTEER PER THEATRE ONSITE DURING THE EVENT.
However, do to the nature of the event, OGBC and Olympia Gymnastics Academy (OGA) will not be responsible for your child's safety during the event. OGBC Volunteers will not be able to escort children to the restrooms. Thus, parents of young children are encouraged to attend with their gymnasts.
Additional tickets for adults and siblings will be available for purchase (concessions not included). To ensure adequate seating for all, it is essential that we have a count of additional tickets and their movie choice prior to the event ( 1/3/17).
Movie choices:
- Sing: PG (1h 50m)
- Star Wars Rogue One: PG13 (2h 13m)
- Passengers: PG13 (1h 56m)
Note: All movies will start at 10am. Parents dropping off and picking up are asked to be in the building 10min prior to the movie end time. Please select the age appropriate movie based on ratings and content.
Please complete the attached form (keep top for your reference), include payment if purchasing additional tickets, and place in the Red Social folder located in the pro-shop by 1/3/17.
