AWC Reminders, FAQ and Meeting

Dear OGBC Members,

We are quickly approaching the 2017 Athlete Warrior Challenge (AWC).  As we move forward there will be a lot of information sent via email to you about expectations and responsibilities necessary to execute a successful meet.  Please take the time to read all the emails in their entirety so that you do not miss out on important instructions.  

Included in the email is an FAQ that addresses most questions that our members have about AWC.  In future emails you will get information about our Sign Up Genius and how it works and the actual Sign Up Genius that will allow you to secure your work sessions.

Level 1 parents are receiving this email, as well, because you are welcome to participate although not required.  However, this is a great way to get involved and support all of our gymnasts at Olympia.  

Reminders:

*  ALL Women's Level 2-10 and Excel and Boy's Levels 4-10 families are required to work 1 set-up or tear down and 3 meet sessions.  

*  OGBC Board members will host a brief AWC meeting for new families or anyone who would like a reminder on Friday, January 13th at 7:45 pm in the lobby of Olympia Gymnastics Academy.
