AWC Sign Up Reminders
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIGN UP! We have found some errors and are hoping to correct them before the meet.
You must sign one family member up for ONE of the following: setup at AWC, Teardown at AWC, setup at state meet, OR teardown at state meet. All of those options are on Sign Up Genius right now.
You must sign up for 3 AWC work sessions.
You CAN'T work during the session your gymnast is competing.
Please list the name of workers. Example: Session 1: Admissions = Karrie Brown (3) Working will be Karrie Brown, Ed Brown, and Gail Brown. The names can be listed in the comment section.
If the worker's last name is different from the gymnasts last name, please put the gymnast's last name in the comment section.

AWC Wristband Info
This week you will find a colored wristband (one per family) in your gymnast's mailbox. This wristband is good for one free admission for one individual for any AWC session. As a reminder, you do not need to pay admissions when you are working a session. The free wristband is designed to help offset your costs for admission over the weekend and encourage members to attend additional sessions. We appreciate all your efforts in preparation for AWC and look forward to executing a great meet.
