Dear OGBC Members
As you know we are hosting the Girls Levels 3-6 State meet at Premiere Sports Center (PSC) the Weekend of April 28th – April 30th. Our planning is almost complete so we wanted to provide you a few reminders and announcements.
* All OGBC Families (Boys and Girls Levels 2-10 and excel) will be responsible for 3 work sessions at the state meet.
* Families can choose to sign up for teardown as a work session as we need a few more slots need to be filled in order to have a full team for tear-down.
* Remember that all families were responsible for one set-up/tear down at AWC (Athlete Warrior Challenge) or the State meet.
* Those working set-up need to report to PSC at 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 27th, 2017. PSC is located on 23 Mile just west of Hayes.
* The SignUp Genius will go live on Tuesday, April 11th at 8:00 pm.
* Those working teardown need to report at 9:00 pm on Sunday, April 30th, 2017.
* Those working set-up and teardown should dress in clothes you do mind getting dirty. It is also recommended to wear gloves and bring something to drink.
* All OGBC volunteers will enter PSC at the center entrance marked Volunteer Entrance. We will have a sign in table and will then send you to your assigned workstation. Remember, we do our best to honor your sign up request but last minute changes may require us to change your workstation. Please be flexible. Thanks in advance.
We are excited to host another state level meet. We will be hosting nearly 1,500 gymnasts and will have many guests throughout the weekend. We appreciate all your efforts and look forward to another successful meet.
