Last Minute Volunteer Reminders for State Meet

Dear OGBC Members:

We wanted to provide a few last minute reminders…..

1.  Our meet location is at Premiere Sports Center, 14901 23 Mile Rd, Shelby, MI  48315.
2. When you arrive to work please park in the Kroger parking lot so that spaces are available for fans.   Enter the facility from the center, glass doors.
3. If you are working set-up please be at PSC by 4:00pm on Thursday, April 27th, 2017.  Please wear gloves and clothing you do not mind getting dirty and bring water to stay hydrated (the same applies for tear down). If you are signed up to work tear down, please report at 9:00pm.
4. Please wear red or your grey Athlete Warrior T-Shirt to your work sessions.  This will help our fans identify who is there to help.
5. When you arrive please sign-in at the main desk.  When you are dismissed from a session please sign-out.
6. It will be a busy weekend so please arrive on time for your sessions.  Your help is very important and appreciated.
7. Please make sure you are not signed up to work during your child’s meet session.

One final reminder to all members, you must work the required three (3) sessions in order for your athlete to remain in good standing with the booster club. We need all families to fulfill their commitment for the state meet. Please go to www.olympiabooster.com and find the signup genius directions under the communication tab.
