Boys' State Meet Volunteer Info

Dear OGBC Members

The Boys State Meet is coming up very soon. Please tentatively mark off Thursday, March 22nd, 2018 - Sunday, March 25th, 2018 as we will need everyone to volunteer at throughout the weekend.

The Boys State Meet will be a one gym set-up and events will run Friday through Sunday. We are confident that each OGBC family will only need to work ONE (1) work session during the weekend.

A work session (for this meet only) will be defined as a set-up, a meet session or a tear down. We are still finalizing the details of the schedule. Our hope is to have a SignUp Genius out the second week in March.

Although each family's commitment is only 1 session please keep in mind that everyone's help is required and appreciated. Keep you eyes open for more details.
