2019 AWC FAQ & Meet Responsibilities
Dear OGBC Members,
Attached to this email you will find our 2019 AWC FAQ and Description of Meet Responsibilities/Work Stations.
The FAQ will answer all your questions prior to the meet. I want to emphasize that due to the AWC's increased athlete participation this year (we are almost up to 3,000 gymnasts, which is nearly a 1,000 more than last year) we will need every family to sign up for 1 set-up or tear down and 4 additional meet sessions. This is an increase from last year in order to meet the demands of adding an additional gym to accommodate the high number of participants.
This will be the only meet we host this season so we need every member family to sign up via the SIGNUP Genius that will go out on January 10th (we will send directions on how to access the sign up prior to January 10th). Please make sure to access the sign up as soon as it opens. We are hoping that all members take care of this in a timely fashion so that we do not have the extra work of reaching out to families who do not sign up. This is an extra effort on our part and takes us away from other important responsibilities needed for the meet. We appreciate your cooperation.
