AWC 2020 - Save The Date
Dear OGBC Membership,
We are hosting our annual Athlete Warrior Challenge (AWC) the weekend of January 24-26, 2020. We will set up for the meet on the afternoon of Thursday, January 23rd. Please block off these dates as we will need all OGBC member families to dedicate time to help with set-up, meet duties and tear down. Families can expect to work anywhere from 12 to 16 hours plus over the course of the weekend. Participation is mandatory for all OGBC member families (Level 2 and above for Boys, Girls, and Xcel).
AWC is our largest fundraiser of the competition year, helps to keep membership dues low and supports additional costs associated with competitive gymnastics. If you know you may have a conflict please be prepared to have other family members or friends to help you out as we will need every member to do their part to make this a success.
