AWC Message - HELP NEEDED
Dear OGBC Members,
We need some last-minute help. We are seeking 15 people that can trade an in-meet work session for a tear down. We are a little short on tear down help and will need people who can perform heavy lifting. The good news is that tear down will begin much earlier this year as we are not hosting an evening session on Sunday. We are also tearing down one less gym than last year. Tear down will begin around 6:30 pm on Sunday, January 26, 2020.

*Session that you are vacating: example, Session 6
*Responsibility: example, Gold Gym Bars timer

This will be a first come, first serve opportunity. All inquiries will get a response so you can confirm the change or confirm that help is no longer needed and you will remain in your current in-meet session.
