General Membership Meeting and 2021-22 Dues Information
Dear OGBC Members,
Welcome to the 2021-2022 season! We are excited to share with you that we will be having our Annual Meeting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25 AND Thursday, August 26. You do not need to attend both, and you are welcome to attend the one that fits your schedule best. We will discuss who we are, our purpose, the benefits of becoming a member, and of course Athlete Warrior Challenge.
You will find the dues for the upcoming season are listed below. As you may notice, the dues have increased this year due to the rise in meet fees. We hope that this email will serve as a reminder for our members from last year and act as a step by step process for new members on how to make your booster payments.

How to Make a Payment by Check
| 1. | Put the name of your gymnast and level on the memo line of your check. |
| 2. | Make checks out to OGBC. |
| 3. | Turn the check into the BROWN OGBC LOCKED BOX located in the pro shop near the windows (southwest corner). |
| 4. | To avoid late fees please make sure your payment is turned in by the Due Dates listed above. |
How to Make a Payment with Cash
| 1. | Put the cash in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your gymnast's name, level, phone number and the amount placed in the sealed envelope. |
| 2. | Place the envelope in the BROWN OGBC LOCKED BOX located in the pro shop near the windows (southwest corner). |
| 3. | To avoid late fees please make sure your payment is turned in by the Due Dates listed above. |
How to Make a Payment with Venmo
| 1. | In the Venmo app click Pay or Request. |
| 2. | Type @olympiaboosters to add as a recipient. |
| 3. | Click Olympia Gymnastics Boosters to add payment. |
| 4. | Type in the dues amount. |
| 5. | Put your gymnast's name, level, phone number and the amount with due date in the "What's it for?" space. |
| 6. | Click pay. |
| 7. | Enter 4906 to verify the last four of the phone number. |
| 8. | To avoid late fees please make sure your payment is turned in by the Due Dates listed above. |

Please remember that the meet season is quickly approaching and it is important to be a member in good standing prior to the first meet. If you are behind on payments please reach out to the OGBC board or get your payment in as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation with this process as the booster dues help OGBC pay for meet entries and other costs associated with the season.
