AWC Volunteer T-Shirts
Dear OGBC Members,
Athlete Warrior Challenge is fast approaching. For each meet that we host we ask that all volunteers wear our standard grey Olympia Gymnastics Booster Club Volunteer shirt. If you do not already have a shirt, we have a few shirts leftover from our last AWC in 2020 to be claimed. ALL volunteers are required to wear our official volunteer shirt during AWC work sessions. However, if you do not have one and we do not have your size available we are asking that you wear your Olympia gear or red. We will be utilizing lanyards this year for our volunteers to wear. This will designate you as a volunteer.
SPECIAL NOTE: Pre-Team (Levels 1 and 2) are not required to volunteer. However, if you plan on helping, please wear your Olympia gear or red. Thanks!
Please use the following link to claim your FREE shirt by Friday, January 21, 2022. The shirts will be available on a first come first serve basis, so don't wait if you need one.
If you have a family member or friend that will volunteer for you during the weekend, please have them wear Olympia gear or red. If you already have a shirt from AWC 2020, you do not need to order a new one as this will be our standard volunteer shirt for all future meets. We appreciate your cooperation.
