Banquet Update

Hello OGA Families!
As the Banquet RSVP window has closed, we are attempting to finalize the details of this year's End of the Season Banquet.
As many of you are aware, the RSVP process is a 2-step process. The first step is filling out your google form (please include your gymnast's name and any additional guest(s) attending). The second step is logging on to Ticket Spicket to purchase your additional guest(s) ticket(s).
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPLETED BOTH STEPS, AS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN AN ACCURATE COUNT WITHOUT COMPLETING BOTH.
If you have rsvp'd but have NOT purchased your ticket(s), please do so TODAY, as the window has closed and the final count is due to the hall. Please do not purchase your tickets without completing the rsvp (google form), as there is no way to allocate your purchase without the rsvp.
Ultimately, we will need to rely on our final count by tickets purchased, so if you have only rsvp'd, but NOT completed your purchase, you will not be included in the final number.
