Annual Meeting Reminder
Hello OGBC Families,
The Board is so excited to meet with everyone on Sunday, August 7, 2022, for our Annual Mandatory Membership Meeting! There have been lots of questions regarding the meeting, so we want to take a minute to make some clarifications about what to expect.
| 1. | The meeting is mandatory, and every family is expected to have a representative present. If you are unable to attend, please notify Tiffanie @ tiffanieholt@olympiabooster.com with your gymnast's name and level, your name, and the reason you are unable to attend. |
| 2. | The meeting will begin promptly at 3 pm and is expected to last about an hour. The timing will depend on how many questions there are during and after the presentation. |
| 3. | Gymnasts and families are welcome! |
| 4. | Dues payments will be accepted at the meeting for anyone wanting to make a payment, partial or in full. |
| 5. | The presentation will include lots of helpful information regarding OGBC financial standing, the dues and payment schedule, fundraisers for the season, Athlete Warrior Challenge, available scholarships, and social events. |
| 6. | There will be a Used Leo Sale with lots of slightly used and new leotards for your gymnast to add to her collection. |
| 7. | After the presentation we are hosting our first social event and having a BBQ. Please feel free to bring your lawn chairs and stay for some fellowship with your OGA family. |
