Annual Meeting Follow-Up
Hello OGBC Families,
Wow! What an amazing start to the 2022-2023 season! Sunday's annual meeting was a huge success with a great turn out and lots of information. Thank you to everyone for coming! We truly appreciate everyone's support.
As promised, you will find the presentation attached to this communication. Just follow the link ANNUAL MEETING PRESENTATION. There is lots of information, so here are some important details.
1. The Dues Payments and Schedule are as follows:
If you choose to pay via Venmo, please make sure to include our gymnasts name and level, your name and email address. Also, DO NOT click the "Turn on for purchases" button! This charges us a fee, then we have to ask you for more money, and nobody wants that.
2. Any Dues payments made in full ($415 level 1-2 and $825 level 3-10/All Xcel) on or before August 15, 2022, will receive 2 FREE admissions ($40 value) to Athlete Warrior Challenge.
3. Save the date for:
Friday, September 30, 2022, our first fundraiser, Olympia Night at the Races. Information will be going out soon.
Friday, October 28, 2022, will be this year's Parents Night Out. Details to follow.
4. Athlete Warrior Challenge is scheduled for January 27-29, 2023. Please make sure you are available this weekend. Every family is expected to work 3-4 sessions AND 1 set-up or 1 tear down.
5. Please make sure to apply for the scholarships available by Friday, August 12!
